**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy **Social Media Trainee** to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and executing digital campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing daily posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Support the content creation team with ideas, copywriting, and basic design input.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Track key metrics and assist in preparing weekly performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and emerging tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
- Help in organizing online contests, influencer collaborations, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in social media, digital content, and online trends.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- A creative mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute.
