Hospital Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for hospital staff, including clinical and non-clinical departments.
Needs Assessment: Identify training needs and develop programs to address gaps in knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and simulations to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to staff and management.
Collaboration: Work with hospital departments, leadership, and subject matter experts to develop and implement training programs.
Essential Skills:
Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills to oversee training programs and staff.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Training and Development: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Analytical: Ability to analyze training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address training challenges and improve program delivery.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration, education).
Certifications: Certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Trainer (CT), may be advantageous.
Experience: Experience in healthcare training, education, or a related field is typically required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
