Job Title: OneTrust UCMP Implementation

Mode: Contract 6 month + ext.

Responsibilities:

OneTrust UCMP Implementation

• Deploy OneTrust cookie consent banners and Configuring Cross-Domain and Cross-Device Consent.
• Implement explicit consent capture mechanisms across all web forms and offline touchpoints. (e.g., conscience design, walk-ins).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, UK DPA, CCPA, DPPA and other regional regulations

Integration & Data Flow

• Design and implement consent data stitching across multiple systems including offline sources.
• Integrate OneTrust with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud for real-time consent data synchronization.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure and scalable API integrations.

Technical Leadership

• Help in flagging dependencies & getting relevant information from privacy, legal, and IT teams.
• Define user roles and access controls for various stakeholders (privacy, legal, development).
• Provide guidance on mobile SDK implementation for iOS and Android platforms.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure traceability and auditability of consent across all channels.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Help in preparing technical documentation, best practices for consent management and data governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in configuring privacy platforms, preferably OneTrust UCMP.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations.
• Working knowledge to integrate Salesforce platforms (especially Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and API integrations.
• Experience with mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and offline system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OneTrust certification(s) in Consent & Preference Management.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or similar industries with complex customer touchpoints.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹130, ₹150,000.00 per month
