Job Summary

Route Academy is looking for a passionate and skilled SAP S/4HANA Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP MM or FICO modules and at least 1 year of teaching/training experience in the education sector.

This role involves training students, preparing course materials, and ensuring high-quality learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver offline training sessions for SAP S/4HANA (MM / FICO).
  • Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
  • Provide hands-on SAP server training to students.
  • Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
  • Support students with queries, doubts, and exam preparation.
  • Coordinate with the academic department for scheduling and reporting.
  • Maintain discipline and uphold Route Academy's training standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a SAP Trainer (MM/FICO) in an educational institute.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (MM or FICO).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
  • Graduation or post-graduation in any relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
