Role Overview
Support the FP&A team with data extraction, reconciliations, monthly reporting, headcount tracking, vendor analysis, and preparation of key finance files.Key Responsibilities
  • Pull, clean, and reconcile data from NetSuit,Xero, Navan, 
  • Maintain vendor, Opex, HC, and travel trackers.
  • Prepare first-cut variance analysis (Actual vs Budget).
  • Update monthly Opex file, HC templates, vendor spend reports, and travel summaries.
  • Track prepaid, advances, missing invoices, and GL mismatches.
  • Create basic pivots, charts, and templates for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc FP&A tasks and cost-saving analyses.
Skills Required
  • Strong Excel/Sheets.
  • Have understanding of Power BI and Other FP&A Software
  • Understanding of P&L, GL codes, vendor spend, and HC data.
  • Attention to detail; ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good coordination with AP, HR, and business teams.
Experience
  • 0–2 years in Finance/FP&A/Accounts/Data roles.
  • Experience with is a plus
