About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AWS Bedrock to design, fine-tune, and deploy intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with open-source models like LLaMA, Hugging Face Transformers, and both large and small language models, building real-world AI solutions that can read, understand, and generate content from unstructured data such as documents and PDFs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and optimize LLMs and Generative AI models for natural language understanding and text generation.
  • Work with AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, and LLaMA for fine-tuning and deployment of AI models.
  • Develop prompt engineering, ground truth datasets, and pattern-based learning pipelines for custom model training.
  • Implement document ingestion pipelines to extract and structure data from PDFs, DOCX, and unstructured sources.
  • Integrate and deploy models via REST APIs or cloud-native services on AWS.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI applications.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine model performance using advanced metrics and feedback loops.
  • Stay current with emerging LLM and GenAI trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI / NLP / LLM development.
  • Strong experience with LLaMA, Hugging Face Transformers, and AWS Bedrock.
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI, prompt design, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow for training and fine-tuning models.
  • Experience creating training datasets, ground truth, and document parsing pipelines (PDF, DOCX, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with model evaluation, vector databases, and inference optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native AI deployment (AWS Lambda, SageMaker, ECS, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic models.
  • Knowledge of RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus).
  • Exposure to multi-agent AI frameworks or fine-tuning small language models.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices for continuous model delivery and monitoring.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
