Job Description Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content

for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be able to transform concepts into visually

appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging graphics and layouts for

a wide range of materials including brochures, social media creatives, flyers, posters,

newsletters, presentations, advertisements, packaging, banners, and logos.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and visual style

across various platforms and campaigns. Maintain uniformity in colour palette, typography,

and design aesthetics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand

project requirements and translate them into impactful visual outputs. Contribute creative

ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

  • Production & Finalization: Prepare and finalize artwork and design files for both digital

publishing and professional printing. Ensure proper formatting, colour management, and

resolution to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Software Proficiency: Utilize design tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,

and InDesign to create compelling graphics. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools,

and techniques to enhance work quality.

  • Multimedia Design (Preferred): Assist in creating short videos, motion graphics, or GIFs for

digital campaigns, if required.

  • Time & Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks

effectively, and deliver designs within deadlines.

  • Quality & Feedback: Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Incorporate feedback constructively to refine and improve final outputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (38 years) as a graphic designer in a corporate, agency, or freelance

setting.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and branding.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of printing processes and specifications is an added advantage.
