Role Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the institute's courses, programs, and brand to prospective students and parents. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and driving admissions through both digital and offline strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote courses, events, and admissions.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify target audiences and drive leads through online marketing and outreach.
  • Follow up on inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Execute campaigns through digital channels (social media, email, Google Ads) and offline methods (flyers, posters, school visits, exhibitions).
  • Create and manage promotional content (brochures, banners, videos, newsletters).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

3. Event Management

  • Organize and coordinate events such as open houses, seminars, career fairs, webinars, and campus tours.
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, and corporates for tie-ups and outreach programs.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and student preferences.
  • Suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance the institute's reach and reputation.

5. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with educational consultants, schools, and community organizations.
  • Represent the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree/PG
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in the education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM tools).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
