Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives in the glass manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in brand positioning, lead generation, customer engagement, and market analysis to help drive business growth across industrial and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote glass products (e.g., float glass, toughened glass, architectural glass, etc.) to B2B customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, product data sheets, digital content, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including website updates, social media, and online directories.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product development and production teams to align marketing messaging with product capabilities and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors (glass, construction materials, or building products is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms).
