Job Role : Finance Manager (for team heading position)Experience : 0 -3 years Qualifications : Fresher CA / Dropped out Semi Qualified / Experienced Graduate Salary : per monthJob Summary :Develop and assist in making budgets, forecasts, and financialreports to support planning and decision -making.Having good knowledge of GST/TDS,accounting and related areas.Team to handle 3 -4 people.Will co -ordinate with external & internal auditors, report to HO for books finalization etc.Analyse financial data especially on Targets vs Actuals andprovide comments and recommendations to support the company's strategicobjectives.Oversee the day -to -day operations of the accounts and financedepartment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and generalledger.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records andreports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsas per internal time schedule.Provide MIS on P&L, Balance Sheet, Debtors, Creditors,Collections with comments on corrective action as per internal frequency (Daily/monthly /quarterly /annually).Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales,marketing, and operations, to ensure overall efficiency.Ensure that all financial systems and processes follow relevantregulations, laws, and industry standards.Coordinate and finalise Term Loans and Working Capital Limits withBanks and Financial Institutions.Manage/Co -ordinate the preparation and filing of all tax returns,including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax returns with concerned persons/consultants.Review effectiveness of financial systems and processes, includingcontrols to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standardsand take steps for improvement where necessary.Manage the performance and development of the accounting team,providing coaching, feedback, and training as neededAny other task assigned by the Management. About the company: It is the packaging division of renowned manufacturer of food products, has invested in Brotech DL 430 finishing  machine, complete with semi rotary die cutting unit and a conveyor. The equipment is suitable for offline finishing of IML and other varieties of labels. The equipment will be able to support their endeavors for catering to multiple customers for their short runs.A very forward -thinking enterprises it, has integrated backwards into flexible packaging manufacture by setting up UvBiz as a division and invested in coating, laminating, printing and converting capabilities to be able to support the short and long -term packaging needs of wide range of customers.
