Handle day-to-day financial operations such as invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable** during night shift hours.
- Reconcile **bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer ledgers** regularly.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial summaries and reports.
- Support **US/UK accounting operations** (if applicable) and ensure timely data entry.
- Verify and record transactions accurately in the accounting system (e.g., **Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP software**).
- Assist in the preparation of **MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements**.
- Communicate with international clients or teams for financial updates and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with the day-shift finance team for report handovers and reconciliations.

**Finance Executive (Night Shift) - Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge of **accounting principles and financial reporting**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Excel / Google Sheets**.
- Understanding of **GST, TDS, and basic taxation** (as per company scope).
- Excellent **analytical, numerical, and reconciliation** skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night hours.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (especially for cross-time-zone interaction).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA-Finance)**.
- Prior experience in **night shift finance or international process** preferred.
