Overview

We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented Product Analyst to uncover insights that shape product decisions. The role will involve working with both quantitative data (product analytics, funnels, cohorts) and qualitative insights (user calls, recordings, surveys) to build a deep understanding of user behavior and product performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Quantitative Analysis
  • Track product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement) and analyze funnels & cohorts.
  • Build dashboards and reports for product teams to monitor performance.
  • Design and run A/B experiments; measure impact of product changes.
  • Qualitative Insights
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests.
  • Review call recordings, user tickets, and feedback to identify pain points.
  • Synthesize insights from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product Managers to frame problems and validate hypotheses.
  • Partner with CX, Marketing, and Design to bring the "voice of the user" into product decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills: SQL, Excel, and exposure to analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Comfort with both 
    numbers and narratives
     — can tell a story from data and also dig into real user voices.
  • Basic understanding of experimental design (A/B tests).
  • Good communication skills — can simplify insights for product & leadership.
  • Curiosity + hustle: willing to do user calls, listen to recordings, and go beyond dashboards.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in a startup/consumer app environment.
  • Exposure to BI/visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Some scripting (Python/R) for deeper analysis.
