Job Overview

As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in our Product Management team, driving data-driven decision-making and contributing to the success of our products. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, conducting market research, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve our products and enhance customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems, and for performing qualitative and quantitative product analysis. You will also be responsible for creating notes, decks, databases, and excel sheets to ensure the efficient delivery of quality client-facing products, and for documenting learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project.

In addition to your specific deliverables, you will be expected to support others in the larger organization where required and to have a natural inclination towards start-ups, software, and latest IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Performance Evaluation:

Monitor product metrics and KPIs to assess the success of product features and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Gather and analyse customer feedback, surveys, and user data through coordination with internal project team.

Work with the UX/UI team to improve product usability and design based on user insights.

Reporting and Communication:

Prepare and deliver regular reports to all internal stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations.

Coordinate with product managers to make larger product level plan for engineers further align on

A/B Testing:

Plan and coordinate with the QA team to implement Testing protocols over the product journey

Continuous Learning:

Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in product management and the development sector.

Pursue opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze product-related data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for tracking product performance.

Use statistical analysis to make data-driven recommendations.

Essential Requirements:

• Support in problem-solving and ideating for solutions through our platforms and tech custom solutions
• Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Create notes, decks, databases, and excel sheets to support the delivery of quality client-facing products
• Document learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project
• Support others in the organization as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, commerce, mathematics, statistics)
• Prior experience in data analysis and presentations
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Interest in start-ups, software, and latest IT solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science).
• Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or product analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies is a plus.
