Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote Personal Loan and Credit Card products, explaining features and benefits, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loans and Credit Cards.


• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.


• Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information.


• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling.


• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism during interactions.


• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for lead processing and approvals.


• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:


• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)


• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / telesales / banking / financial products


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Good convincing and negotiation abilities


• Basic knowledge of personal loan and credit card products is an advantage


• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure


• Proficiency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus)


• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
