Job Title: Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant
Location: Naraina
Department: Administration
Reports To: CEO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain office efficiency with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements including tickets, visas, and accommodations.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
2. Administrative Duties
- Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) for easy document retrieval.
- Prepare and manage office communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with office supplies procurement and vendor coordination.
- Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks (attendance, reimbursements, expense reports).
3. Office Management
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Manage meeting rooms, organize events, and coordinate team activities.
- Monitor incoming calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
4. Confidentiality & Record Keeping
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, employee documents, and key business files.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (0–3 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Assistant.
- Experience in coordinating with senior management is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, office-based role [or hybrid if applicable].
- Standard working hours, with flexibility for urgent requirements.

Pay: ₹10, ₹58,937.83 per month
