Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase 1, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior management at Kaveri Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Organize travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure efficient follow-ups and timely reminders for key tasks.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle pressure.
- Attention to detail with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.A./B.Com or equivalent).
- 25 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering sector will be an added advantage.
