Job Title: Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in the IT service domain — particularly Web and Mobile App Development. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our online marketing strategies, manage paid campaigns, boost organic visibility, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to strengthen the company's online presence.
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
  • Strategically manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign performance testing.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics with a focus on ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Elevate brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising within an IT services or product-based company.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • A results-oriented professional passionate about driving digital growth and brand impact.
