**Roles & Responsibilities
Role
· Strategic Affairs is a dynamic, proactive professional responsible for supporting the firm in myriad non-client domains, and driving strategic initiatives related to knowledge management, institutional rankings, academic research, and social media presence.
· This role involves high-level coordination, research, communication, and delivery capabilities, ensuring the firm's external image and non-client affairs are handled seamlessly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Media & Social Media Management:
· Develop, implement, and monitor the leader's media and social media strategies to enhance visibility and reputation.
· Draft and curate content, presentations, and posts
· Maintain and update social and digital media profiles.
· Track media coverage and ensure prompt and appropriate responses.
- Knowledge Management & Rankings:
· Track feedback and market perception; proactively mitigate any negative issues.
· Curate timely Research Compendiums and facilitate the publication of firm pieces on the website and allied external legal/ media platforms and pink dailies.
· Ensure regular academic research on topics pertaining to international taxation, transfer pricing, taxation and trade, and its intersections with business ecosystems.
- Strategic Coordination:
· Assist the senior members and Partners in the team and act as a secondary coordinator between the firm and industry/regulatory/institutional bodies in India.
- Delivery of All Non-Client Work:
· Ensure timely delivery of projects, presentations, reports, data, and other non-client-related deliverables.
· Monitor and report on progress of ongoing strategic projects to boost the firm's perception.
Requirements
**Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Laws (preferably a 5-year Integrated Law course)/ Bachelor of Business Administration.
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in a top-tier law firm/ consulting firm.
Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Ms Office Suite, social media platforms, and basic design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
