Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Role at KFC Restaurants. The position is located in Kerala, India. The management role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety, managing food service, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. The role will also involve staff management, inventory control, and adherence to company protocols and standards.

- Skills in Food Preparation and Food Service
- Knowledge of Food Safety protocols and practices
- Excellent Customer Service and Food & Beverage management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
