Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Patient Monitoring & Assessment: Continuously assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic and laboratory results, and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
  • Life Support Management: Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as ventilators, multi-para monitors, and defibrillators.
  • Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer a variety of medications and therapies, including IV fluids and therapies, as ordered by physicians.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly and calmly to medical emergencies, coordinating resuscitation efforts and providing necessary immediate care.
  • Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, modifying them as needed based on patient progress.
  • Documentation: Accurately and completely document patient care, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, other nurses, and members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
