Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Maintenance located in Alwar. The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and leading the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely, while also developing and implementing maintenance management strategies to improve the facility's operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance
  • Strong skills in Maintenance Management
  • Proven ability in Team Management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Industry experience in Cable Manufacturing fields is a plus
  • Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
