Repair and Service engineer/technician

Qualifications/Education: Diploma, ITI, Degree or Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or related field.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and electronic components.

Experience:

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in electronic servicing, field support, or industrial equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Servicing: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic systems (PCBs,

circuits, control units).

On-Site Support: Provide field support for electronic devices and customer

installations.

Testing & Calibration: Conduct system tests, calibrate devices, and optimize

performance.

Technical Documentation: Maintain service records, create troubleshooting guides,

and report findings.

Customer Training: Guide clients on system usage, maintenance, and

troubleshooting steps.

Compliance & amp; Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and industry standards

are met.

Required Skills:

Requirements:

· Education: Diploma, ITI, Degree or Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or related field.

· Technical Expertise: Knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and electronic components.

· Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in electronic servicing, field support, or industrial equipment repair.

· Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical solutions to customers in a clear manner.

· Mobility: Willingness to travel for on-site service calls (if required).

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Team leadership and project management skills

A proactive attitude toward customer service and relationship management

Familiarity with the NDT industry is a plus

Salary:

Dependent on your qualifications and experience, with room for negotiation during the interview process
