Service and Repair Technician - Hydraulic Tools and Equipment

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Repair and Maintenance:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair various hydraulic tools and equipment, including but not limited to:
Hydraulic Jacks, Pumps, Pullers

Torque Wrenches, Bolt Tensioners

Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts

Material Handling Equipment such as Hand Pallet Trucks, Stackers, and Forklifts.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

2. Troubleshooting:
Identify mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults in equipment and implement effective solutions.

Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to assess and resolve equipment issues.

3. On-Site Support:
Travel across India to provide repair and maintenance services at client locations.

Ensure timely and efficient resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime.

4. Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers to understand their service requirements.

Provide guidance on proper equipment use and maintenance.

5. Documentation:
Maintain detailed service and repair records.

Prepare and submit service reports post-job completion.

6. Inventory Management:
Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
ITI-certified mechanical engineer or diploma holder in a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and mechanical components.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
