We are seeking an experienced Laptop Repair Technician (L2) to join our service team. The L2 technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing laptops and related hardware at an advanced level. This role requires expertise in component-level troubleshooting, replacement, and configuration, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

1–7 years of experience in laptop/desktop hardware repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on laptops, desktops, and peripherals (hardware & software).
  • Repair and replace motherboards, RAM, hard drives, SSDs, keyboards, displays, battery units, fans, and other internal components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BIOS issues, OS installation errors, driver conflicts, and networking problems.
  • Perform chip-level soldering, reflow, and component testing (as applicable).
  • Manage data backup, recovery, and OS reinstallation for customer devices.
  • Handle warranty and non-warranty repair cases, coordinating with vendors/partners if needed.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and repair reports.
  • Provide L1 team support for escalated technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and ESD protocols during repairs.
  • Keep up to date with the latest hardware, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,125.92 per month
