Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be efficient, proactive, and able to handle communication and scheduling with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule the CEO's day-to-day activities, meetings, and appointments
- Reply to emails, calls, and messages in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize documents and office files
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic presentations when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational tasks
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for scheduled tasks
- Assist in basic administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Work From Home and Work From Office options available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
