  • Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe / VMC / HMC / Milling) as per job requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications.
  • Load raw materials and tools into machines.
  • Adjust machine settings, offsets, and cutting tools to meet required tolerances.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, surface finish, and quality.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final quality checks.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine, tooling, or programs.
  • Maintain tools, fixtures, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols, shop-floor discipline, and 5S standards.
  • Record daily production data, tool usage, and machine maintenance logs.
  • Work with supervisors and engineers to improve cycle time and productivity

Job Type: Full-time
