Executive Assistant to Head of Sports

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Head of Sports in managing the dynamic and fast-paced sports program at our international school. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and passionate about education and sports administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Sports.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Assist in planning and organizing school sports events, fixtures, and tournaments.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation efficiently.
  • Liaise with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records related to sports programs, budgets, and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration/Management or related field.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Officer preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a school environment with discretion and professionalism.
