Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Udaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with clients. The role entails regular monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and contributing to product and service improvement. The position involves travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and understand their needs.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Skills in managing and motivating sales teams
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in market analysis and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the Pharma & FMCG industry is a plus
