ProX PC is a custom PCmanufacturer with Pan India e -commerce operations. We at ProX PC would like tomake computers as per your specific purpose and need. ProX PC creates aplatform where you can easily able to configure your own well -optimizedcomputer according to your selected application. Our team makes sure to providea hassle -free experience and also offer post -sales support as well.Location: DelhiResponsibilities: - Interact with customersvia Calls and resolve their queries -Maintaining a positive, empathetic andprofessional attitude toward customers at all times. - Responding promptly tocustomer inquiries. -Communicating with customers through   various channels. - Acknowledging andresolving customer complaints. - Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Follow company processaccurately and efficiently. Job Type: Full -timeSalary: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule:·  Day shift·  Morning shiftAbility tocommute/relocate:·  Delhi: Reliably commute orplanning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:·  total work: 1 year(Required)·  Customer service: 1 year(Required)Language:·   Tamil (Preferred)·  English (Required)  RequirementsRequirements: Proven Work Experience of1 year in Customer Support.
