We are now hiring a Content, Engagement & Marketing Manager in the Founder's Office, a high-ownership role that combines content strategy, community growth, and hands-on engagement across multiple brands and marketing strategies. This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" role — it's a chance to work directly under the Founder, drive growth, and be part of a scaling journey.

Why This Role Matters

At Datsme, content isn't just posts — it's the engine of community building. Engagement isn't just likes and comments — it's where relationships begin. In this role, you'll work directly under the Founder across multiple brands, collaborating with our designer and editor to ensure high-quality content output, strong engagement, and measurable growth every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute content calendars across all Datsme verticals (app, community programs, growth initiatives, and other brands)
• Collaborate with the in-house designer and video editor to deliver high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, shorts)
• Spend ~1 hour daily per brand on community/comment hacking — engaging with audiences, building visibility, and strengthening presence
• Actively participate in communities (college groups, niche forums, lifestyle spaces) with authentic contributions
• Analyze performance and provide actionable feedback to improve content and growth
• Represent the Founder's voice in engagement, ensuring alignment with Datsme's mission and values
• Experience in leading marketing teams with 5-15 members under you
• Knowledge of additional marketing strategies like influencer marketing, SEO, paid ads etc is beneficial and maximizes your chances of selection for this role.
• Participating in content creation for Datsme in reels and other creatives to showcase product tutorials, ads etc

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media/content/community roles
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to balance strategy + execution
• Data-driven, growth-hungry, and disciplined

Discipline & Work Culture (Non-Negotiables)

• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Daily Reporting: Mandatory 10:00 AM check-in and 7:00 PM sign-off reports
• Must be available on Slack throughout the workday; meetings can happen at any point
• 3-month probation period before confirmation

Preferred Skills

• Startup or agency background
• Experience in growth hacking tactics (comment hacking, community seeding)
• Knowledge of content analytics and performance optimization

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
