KnRole & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for effective functioning of all facilities in the college like

  2. Classrooms. Labs, Faculty rooms, conference rooms, washrooms etc

  3. Air Conditioners
  4. Lifts
  5. Fire equipment, smoke detectors
  6. Water pumps
  7. Sewage treatment plant

  8. Canteen

  9. To manage all the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) related to facilities.

  10. Repair, Maintenance and renovate campus structures.

  11. Vendor Management.

  12. Processing invoices and recordkeeping.

  13. Maintain cordial relations with plumbers, masons, electricians etc.

  14. Coordination with different departments for daily operations .

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Facility Management.

Basic Knowledge of vendor management.

Knowledge of Ms-office, Excel.
