Job Description :

Front Office & Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence when required.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with confidential documents, files, and office records.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.
  • Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Administration or related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
