Job Description :
Front Office & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; take messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence when required.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with confidential documents, files, and office records.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Administration or related field is a plus).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
