Job Title: Accountant cum Receptionist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant cum Receptionist to manage our accounting and front-office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Prepare financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records

  • Maintain and update financial records and databases

Reception:

  • Manage front-office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails

  • Greet clients and visitors, provide excellent customer service

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Experience in accounting and bookkeeping

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, )

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
