Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water supply systems, and other public works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage, buildings, water supply, and sewage systems).
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and other engineers.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Perform structural analysis and recommend design modifications if required.
  • Manage and resolve any technical or construction-related issues on-site.
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to environmental sustainability practices.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred for senior roles).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred/required depending on location).
  • Proven experience in civil engineering projects (infrastructure, structural, or construction).
  • Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, SAP2000, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with regular site visits.
  • May require extended hours and travel depending on project location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
