Job Summary
:
We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner
to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery, with proven experience in driving products from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritize requirements.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategy.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user-centric design and decision-making.
  • Track product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Drive release planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions in an Agile environment.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure product competitiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to product management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management/product ownership, preferably in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience working as a Product Owner in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.
