Role - Senior officer HR/IR ,Plant operations

Responsibility:

  • Contract Labor management - Should have hands-on experience in managing 1000 plus contract labor and related compliances .
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee/permanent workmen information.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Labor laws, model standing orders, ID act, Factories Act, CLRA Act. Knowledge of Statutory return related to factory.
  • PL Retirement function, clearance/service certificate- trainees, PL, Charge Sheet, Show cause Notice
  • Training and Development of Permanent Workmen and Management Staff.
  • Employee Engagement related to workers
  • Welfare of the Workmen.
  • Grievance Handling related to the workmen
  • MIS and other report preparation as and when requirement by the Management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have full time MBA degree having specialization in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relation/Personnel Management etc. with overall not less than 60% aggregate marks in his education career.
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience 4 plus minimum years
  • Knowledge of computer competence
  • SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Candidate able to read, write and speak Bengali may added advantage.
  • Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR activities in Manufacturing Industry.
