Currently we are hiring data entry with EHR experience for Hyderabad location.

Please find below the job description:

Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience of EHR data management.

Designation: Administrative Data Entry

Qualification: Candidates must be certified and have a degree in health information management, or related. This is required.

Shift Timing:

Location: Hyderabad

USA based company with office in Hyderabad since 2011. Naia Corporation parent company has been in business since 1997.

*Position Summary:

*Electronic health records filing and supervision, reviews, assures, and verifies that each medical record contains appropriate documentation and named / tagged appropriately. Maintains an accurate case mix index from which administration makes critical management and strategic planning decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Functions:

Good Knowledge on medical reports, good knowledge regulatory affairs, clinical data management.

Responsible for maintaining and securing all written and electronic medical records.

Accurately place fax and scanned documents, correctly tagged, in the proper location of the patient's chart.

Ensure that information contained in the record is complete, accurate and only available to authorized personnel.

Overseeing personnel for the entire department, which can include medical record technicians (also known as health information technicians) and administrative personnel assigned to assist medical records officers.

*Role Competencies & Qualifications:

*Knowledge of medical records, electronic health records required.

Must have good effective communication skills.

Attention to detail.
