Job Title: Field Coordinator (Ash Collection at Rice Mills)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Coordinator to start our ash collection operations across multiple rice mills. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of rice mill processes and ash byproduct management, with proven experience in supervising labour and coordinating field activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visits to various rice mills to identify and evaluate ash collection opportunities.
  • Start immediately the collection of ash from various rice mills.
  • Organize and supervise labour teams to ensure efficient ash collection and packing.
  • Ensure that all ash is collected, handled, and bagged in line with company quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with rice mill personnel to plan schedules and solve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the ash management at rice mills.
  • Minimum 6 years of field experience, preferably in rice mills or related industrial environments.
  • Proven ability in labour management and organizational coordination.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Net monthly salary of INR 40,000.
  • A very good bonus, depending on the volume of ash collected.
  • Long term job

Important Conditions

  • Salary will commence only from the start date of ash collection operations.
  • The survey period is unpaid (no ash, no salary). We are looking for only experienced persons who know about rice mills and its ash.
