Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Ujjain. The Academic Counselor will guide and support students in setting and achieving their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, providing personalized academic advice, assisting with career planning, and ensuring students have access to the resources they need for success. The role will involve active communication and collaboration with students and guardians, helping them navigate educational pathways effectively & convert admissions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Career Counseling and Education-related advising
  • Ability to build rapport with students and provide personalized support
  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Relevant experience in the education industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
