Admission Counselor

About the Job Brillsense is seeking a proactive and engaging Academic Counselor to guide students through academic decisions, admissions support, and digital engagement. The counselor will be the face of Brillsense’s educational initiatives in Ratlam, helping students explore the right institutions and courses while actively managing communications across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents about career and academic options suited to their goals.
- Guide students through the admission and registration process for colleges and universities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling notes, and follow up activities.
- Coordinate with institutions for admissions, collaborations, and documentation.
- Actively promote academic programs on digital platforms.
- Provide timely reports on inquiries, conversions, and student feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, or a related field).
- Prior experience in education counseling or admissions (preferred).
- Communication Skills:
oConfident in speaking with students and parents both in person and via calls/in person.
- Language Preferred: Proficiency in English (Hindi communication also required).
- Strong organizational skills and a student first attitude.
