Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform monthly accounting tasks and review books of accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Auditing: Independently handle Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and GST Audits, including preparation of annual returns (GSTR 9 & 9C).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Tax Computations: Draft and review accurate Income Tax Computations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Draft and file timely responses to notices from government departments.
• Tax Filing: Manage GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax return filings.
• Payroll: Oversee and finalize monthly payroll processing for clients.
• Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations for GST and TDS.
• Accounting Standards: Apply strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Corporate Taxation.
• Transfer Pricing Audit & Documentation
