Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support in onboarding activities and induction programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Provide support in HR operations such as documentation, compliance, and reporting.
