Job Title: Manager – Operations, Communications & CSR

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 2–8 years

Compensation: ₹40,000–50,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to lead operational coordination, support communication initiatives, and contribute to CSR partnerships. The role requires strong execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management


• Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of programs and internal processes.


• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.


• Handle logistics, vendor management, documentation, and budget tracking.


• Support monitoring and evaluation activities with timely reporting.

Communications & Branding


• Support communication strategy across social media, newsletters, campaigns, and internal communication.


• Create and supervise content such as posts, reports, decks, and impact stories.


• Maintain consistent brand messaging and storytelling.


• Coordinate with program teams to capture and communicate field impact.

CSR & Partnerships


• Assist in identifying, onboarding, and managing CSR partners and corporate stakeholders.


• Support proposal development, presentation decks, donor communication, and grant reporting.


• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments.


• Represent the organization in meetings, calls, and external events when required.

Required Skills & Experience


• 2–8 years of experience in operations, communications, CSR, or related roles.


• Strong project management and coordination abilities.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Prior experience in the development sector or corporate CSR is an added advantage.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership.

Education


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Communications, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
