Number of Positions: ~50

Contract Duration: 6–12 months (extendable)

Experience Required: 6 to 8 years

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days WFO per week)

Client Locations: Noida / Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Manual API Testing
  • Proficient in writing complex SQL queries
  • Hands-on experience working with Databases
  • Prior experience in the Insurance domain
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed manual testing of APIs, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Analyze database schemas and write complex SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality assurance processes align with business needs.
  • Document and report defects clearly, follow up on resolutions, and verify fixes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to QA processes and standards.
  • Participate in sprint planning and status meetings, providing quality-related insights and updates.

Interview Process:

  • Minimum 2–3 Technical Rounds
  • Round 1: Face-to-face (at client office in Noida or Gurgaon)
  • Round 2 & 3: Virtual interviews (3rd round applicable for senior profiles with 7–8+ years of experience)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6–8 years of relevant QA experience, with strong exposure to manual API testing
  • Deep understanding of insurance domain workflows and terminology
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid set up

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
