Job description:-

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Role & Responsibilities:-

-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.

-Create detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.

-Identify and manage project risks and issues.

-Allocate and manage project resources effectively.

-Build project teams, assign responsibilities, and communicate expectations.

-Monitor project progress, track tasks, and ensure adherence to the project plan.

-Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates and addressing issues.

-Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.

-Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.

-Monitor project budget and expenditures.

-Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

-Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

-Assess the impact of changes and communicate with stakeholders.

-Implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.

-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.

-Ensure all project objectives are meet and obtain client acceptance.

-Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:-

-
Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science or in a relevant field.

-Overall 10+ & relevant 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.

-Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

-Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Proficiency in project management software tools like JIRA.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

-Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
