Content Development

  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Customize training modules based on client or process requirements.

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Evaluate trainees through tests, mock calls, and role-plays.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
  • Certify agents before they go live.

Curriculum Design & Development

  • Create
    training modules, presentations, manuals
    , and
    e-learning content
    specific to the product.
  • Collaborate with the client or product team to update content regularly.
  • Build
    FAQs, knowledge bases
    , and
    mock scenarios
    for hands-on learning.
