Job description

Role Definition: The Business Operations Analyst works closely with the Finance Controller and client to ensure the accurate and timely recording of all business transactions and the maintenance of financial records. This role involves managing various company activities, including invoicing sales, handling accounts payable and receivable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Principles: Possess a basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Financial Entries: Complete daily invoicing entries, manage month and year-end processes, and handle accounts payable & receivable, receipts & payments, general ledger, payroll and utilities, bank transactions, various reconciliations, and fixed asset activities.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and systems to perform financial tasks and contribute to improving business processes and systems.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with industry developments and best practices related to ERP software and tools.
  • Support: Assist Business Head and Managers with any related tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper document record-keeping and accounting systems. Handle day-to-day functioning of client business operations.
  • ERP Exposure: Exposure to ERP tools like Odoo.

Qualifications and Experience required: Knowledge of accounting, taxation, bills
