Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations at client locations or at the GetEpik experience center.
  • Attend scheduled client meetings — no random or door-to-door visits.
  • Explain product features, functionality, and benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions from GetEpik's catalog.
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of client meetings, demos, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and installation (where applicable).
  • Stay up to date with new products listed on the GetEpik website and their key selling points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or product demonstrations, preferably in electronics, appliances, or consumer products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for client meetings.
  • Interest in technology and gadgets is a plus.
  • Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
