We're Hiring – DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer with
2-4 years
of hands-on experience to join our growing team.


Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal uptime, performance, availability, and security of all environments and associated services.
  • Take full accountability for efficient and reliable releases, ongoing optimization, and maintenance of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet various SLAs, regulatory compliance needs, and disaster recovery requirements.
  • Implement and maintain continuous auditing, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability.
  • Build and maintain secure, resilient, and auditable networks and services.
  • Implement security controls, including encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms, to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Work with Azure Cloud, containerization, and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Leverage programming skills in Python, Java, or Go to enhance automation, infrastructure, and processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with
    Azure Cloud, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, AKS).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix-based operating systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, TravisCI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services.
  • Experience in
    scripting languages
    (e.g., Bash,Shell, Python, Ruby, Groovy).
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and DNS.
  • Solid knowledge of databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and ownership of key projects.
  • Strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure.

Nice to Have

  • Kubernetes certification (CKA or similar)
  • Ansible experience
  • Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
