Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 58 years of experience to join our fast-paced and technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GCP, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Docker, and will play a key role in driving automation, reliability, and scalability across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, and related tools.

- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with some exposure to AWS.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in real-time.

- Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to enable DevOps best practices across the SDLC.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and support onboarding of new team members.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and system architecture :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or related infrastructure roles.

- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).

- Experience in managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

- Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.

- Good scripting skills in Shell, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Solid understanding of system monitoring, log management, alerting, and security best practices.

- Experience in performance tuning, incident response, and production system stability.

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Good to Have :

- AWS exposure in addition to GCP.

- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack.

- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.

- Certification in GCP or Kubernetes (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, CKA/CKAD).
